Separation and Quantitation of Neomycins as Free Base by Paper Chromatography

ABSTRACT

Neomycin B and C and neamine were separated as free bases in the solvent system methyl ethyl ketone-tert-butyl alcohol-methanol-6.5 N NH4OH (16:3:1:6 v/v) and quantitatively estimated.
