Fungal Disfigurement of Paper, and Soft Rot of Cedar Shingles 1

ABSTRACT

Disfiguration of paper by Cladosporium cladosporioides is described, and the association between "soft rot" fungi and the greying of cedar shingles in marine locations is reported.
