Production of Staphylococcal Enterotoxin A on Cellophane-Over-Agar

ABSTRACT

Up to approximately 50 µg of staphylococcal enterotoxin A per plate was produced by cellophane-over-agar cultures. Enterotoxin was determined by a latex agglutination technique.
