Simple, Inexpensive Method for Controlled Freezing of Cell Cultures

ABSTRACT

We have devised a system for controlled cooling of living cells which eliminates the need for complicated, expensive equipment but allows excellent recovery of viable cells after storage in liquid nitrogen.
