The numbers indicate the number of sequences contained within the group for each of the four categories listed. The sequences noted in the HNA +/or LNA column were found either in both the HNA and LNA sorts in the same sample or in HNA and LNA sorts in different samples. The CTC column indicates bands from the CTC-positive sorts with a corresponding band in an HNA sort, an LNA sort, or both.
