The total numbers of amplification products for all 269 fecal samples using that genus-specific marker were as follows (percent positive): Lm26-f/Lm3-r, 56 (20.8%); Bif164-f/Bif662-r, 98 (36.4%); and g-Bif-f/g-Bif-r, 87 (32.3%).
